This Privacy Policy describes how Brand Revenue ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our media buying services, the BR Media Buyer assistant (including its Telegram, Discord, and dashboard interfaces), and our website at brand-revenue.com (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. Account details, business contact information, billing details, ad account credentials you authorize, and the contents of messages you send to our assistant.
- Information from connected platforms. When you authorize us to manage your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising accounts, we receive ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, frequency, audience targeting, creative metadata) via Meta's Marketing API under the access scopes you grant. We may also receive Zoom transcripts, Discord messages, and Dropbox file metadata if you have connected those services.
- Information collected automatically. Usage logs, IP addresses, request timestamps, error reports, and operational telemetry necessary to deliver and improve the Services.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver the media buying services you have engaged us for, including autonomous and semi-autonomous management of your advertising campaigns within the budget caps and decision rules you authorize.
- To analyze ad performance and provide insights, summaries, and recommendations through our assistant interfaces.
- To improve and secure our Services, including diagnostic logging, fraud prevention, and rate-limit enforcement.
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
To deliver the Services, we share specific information with the following processors:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Marketing API calls and ad management actions. Subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic, PBC — We send anonymized prompts and ad metric summaries to Anthropic's Claude API to power the assistant's reasoning. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy and commercial terms.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Hosting, edge networking, database (D1), and vector storage (Vectorize). Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Telegram FZ-LLC — Optional messaging interface to the assistant. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
- Discord, Inc. — Optional messaging interface to the assistant. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
- Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and Dropbox, Inc. — Optional integrations you may authorize for transcript and file access.
4. Data Retention
We retain ad performance data, conversation logs, and decision audit trails for as long as you maintain an active engagement with us, plus a reasonable archival period for accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion using the contact methods below.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS for all transport, scoped API tokens stored as encrypted platform secrets, allowlisted write operations, hardcoded spend caps, kill switches, and rate-limit enforcement on automated actions. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You may revoke our access to your Meta, Zoom, Dropbox, or Discord accounts at any time through those platforms' settings.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
- Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
7. Children
The Services are intended for use by business operators 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. International Transfers
Our processors operate globally. By using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to jurisdictions outside your country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to you through the contact channels on record.
